The Usystem Roof HB PIR roofing panel by Unilin Insulation

Unilin Insulation unveiled its new hybrid polyurethane roofing panel concept for exterior insulation at the Artibat trade show: Usystem Roof HB PIR, a first on the French market. Designed for roofers, this three-in-one panel combines roof support, high-performance thermal insulation, and interior finish, making it suitable for both new construction and renovation projects. Custom-made off-site with the assistance of an in-house design office, it is delivered as a ready-to-install kit: wide rafters for easy screwing, factory cuts, and treatment of critical points. This concept significantly reduces waste and simplifies installation thanks to an innovative lifting system, while ensuring continuous and durable insulation (λ 0.022 W/(m.K)). The panel offers significant time savings on site thanks to optimized layout and turnkey delivery. Its custom design and guaranteed thermal performance throughout its lifespan make Usystem Roof HB PIR a complete and efficient solution for contemporary roofs. Available in the second half of 2026, the Acermi-certified product will be distributed through insulation specialists.
