Designed to meet the demands of regions subject to extreme weather conditions, Edilians' Aero Cime system offers a complete, complementary underlayment waterproofing solution for pitched roofs, both in the plains and in the mountains. A lightweight and quick-to-install alternative to traditional bituminous systems, this ATEx-certified membrane guarantees durable protection up to 2,000 meters in altitude. Its technical composition—a non-woven polyester backing coated with a polyacrylate—ensures perfect water tightness while maintaining excellent water vapor permeability. Suitable for both new construction and renovation projects, and boasting an R3 tensile strength, the system can be installed on continuous or insulating substrates, or directly onto rafters, up to a spacing of 90 cm. Available in 26-meter rolls, 2.5 meters wide, the Aero Cime DBA version incorporates a double adhesive strip that facilitates installation and ensures a watertight seal between the sheets. Tested by the CSTB after more than ten years of exposure at altitude, the process retains its original performance, confirming its durability and reliability. Flexible, tear-resistant, UV-resistant, and weather-resistant, the membrane offers great flexibility in installation, even in challenging conditions. For complete waterproofing, the system is complemented by a range of accessories validated by the CSTB, enabling the reliable and long-lasting treatment of critical points.
