Valérie-Anne Charroin takes the lead of the FFB women's groups in Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes

Valérie-Anne Charroin has been elected regional president of the women's groups of the Auvergne - Rhône-Alpes FFB, succeeding Karine Druguet's four-year term. Administrative and financial manager of the family business Charroin Toitures, based in Vourles (69), she has a long-standing involvement in local construction bodies, notably with the Rhône Métropole Federation, where she chairs the departmental women's group. A pioneer in this field since 2013, the Aura FFB reaffirms its commitment to gender diversity in the construction industry. Valérie-Anne Charroin intends to focus her term on supporting women leaders, with a focus on stress management and the continuation of collective initiatives such as the rally.

"Sensation'Elles du BTP" (Sensation'Elles of Construction) is scheduled for its tenth edition on July 4th in Clermont-Ferrand. "The women's group is a real haven where we discuss our business issues," she said, "and share our solutions in a climate of trust and goodwill. There is real solidarity among the members, who feel supported and helped."
