On February 4th, the OPPBTP National Committee Council elected its new officers. Yann Danion was elected president, while Jean-Michel Vaillendet was appointed vice-president. Representing the Capeb (Confederation of Craftspeople and Small Businesses in the Building Sector), Yann Danion heads Celtic Isolation Cloisons sèches (CICS), a company founded in 2006 specializing in the construction of energy-efficient buildings. He is also president of the Plastering and Insulation Trades within the confederation and of the Association for the Promotion of Plastering Trades (APMP). He joined the OPPBTP National Committee Council in January 2024. Jean-Michel Vaillendet represents the Building, Materials, and Public Works Federation CFTC (Bati-Mat-TP CFTC). Formerly a team leader at Cegelec CEM, a subsidiary of Vinci Energies, he also holds several responsibilities in the sector: general secretary of the BatiMat -TP CFTC union in the North, administrator of the CCCA-BTP and member of the executive committee of the BTP+ foundation.
