An anniversary and some successes for Poujoulat

Having just celebrated its 75th anniversary, the Poujoulat Group confirms its leading position in industrial flue systems and chimneys, as well as high-performance biofuels. Leveraging its industrial expertise, a policy of continuous innovation, and a controlled diversification strategy, the group offers a complete ecosystem of solutions: flues, wood fuels, ventilation, outdoor design equipment, and HVAC maintenance. For the 2024-2025 fiscal year, consolidated revenue reached €348.9 million, a slight decrease (-0.9%) compared to the previous year.

This performance reflects Poujoulat's resilience in a declining European thermal equipment market, driven by a recovery in the second half of the year (+6.7%) and the acquisition in May 2024 of the Spanish subsidiary Convesa. For 2025-2026, the company is targeting growth of 5% to 7%, anticipating a market rebound – and in particular, positive momentum in the wood energy sector. In line with its strategy, the group announced the acquisition of Progalva Énergies, a specialist in HVAC maintenance, thus strengthening its offering across the entire lifecycle of installations.
