The Le Bras Frères Group, a leading French heritage restoration company, is embarking on a new chapter in its history. To support its growth and strengthen its governance, the family business, founded in 1954, has opened its capital to a pool of investors led by Turenne Groupe. The transaction, backed by Adviso Partners, marks a key milestone for the third generation, Julien and Benjamin Le Bras. Renowned for its iconic projects – Notre-Dame de Paris, the Louvre, and the Palace of Versailles, to name just a few – the company combines artisanal expertise with industrial mastery in the heritage, sustainable construction, and timber markets.
Turenne Groupe's investment aims to consolidate this leading position while preserving family values: technical excellence, strong local roots, and the transmission of artistic craftsmanship and expertise. With over 300 employees and €50 million in revenue, the group intends to strengthen its industrial platform, develop large-scale projects, and expand its shareholding to include employees. This approach is fully aligned with the goal of preserving and enhancing France's built heritage.
