Edilians Group, a major player in the roofing industry, is strengthening its presence in the Italian market through the acquisition of Industrie Cotto Possagno, a family-owned company founded in the 18th century and renowned for its traditional expertise in the manufacture of clay roof tiles. This strategic operation is part of the group’s international growth strategy, with existing industrial operations in France, Spain, and Portugal, and will accelerate its expansion in Italy as well as in export markets. Industrie Cotto Possagno employs more than 150 people and generates annual revenue of approximately €40 million. The company benefits from a strong local presence, with four quarries and four main production lines, ensuring full control over its manufacturing process. “This acquisition strengthens our position as a leader in Southern Europe by enabling us to gain a foothold in a significant and historic clay roof tile market. It allows us to offer our customers roofing solutions that combine tradition, technical performance, and environmental commitment,” said Pascal Casanova, President of Edilians.
